These Terms govern your use of the Pugna MMA app and website. Please read them carefully. By using Pugna MMA you agree to these Terms.
Pugna MMA is operated by Nikola Mitrovic, a private individual based at Hannah-Arendt-Platz 2, 1220 Vienna, Austria. Contact: support@pugnamma.com. Further information is available in our Imprint.
By downloading, accessing, or using Pugna MMA (the "app"; package com.pugnamma.app) or our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Pugna MMA. The app displays sports betting odds for information, which is not suitable for minors. At sign-up you must actively confirm that you are 18 or older and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Pugna MMA is a mixed martial arts information service and a free prediction game. It is free of charge and contains no advertising, in-app purchases or subscriptions. It provides:
The prediction game is for entertainment only. It uses points; no real money, stake, or prize is involved, and it is not gambling. You retain responsibility for the content you submit (such as a display name, username, prediction-group name or a fighter-data correction). If your profile is set to public, your display name and aggregate prediction statistics are visible to other users on leaderboards; set your profile to private to appear as "Anonymous". Do not submit unlawful, infringing, misleading, or offensive content (see section 7).

How to report: email support@pugnamma.com stating the display name or group name concerned and the reason for your report. The "Report" option in the app opens a pre-filled email for this purpose.
What we do: we review reports diligently and objectively. Where content breaches these rules or the law, we may edit or reset names, remove prediction groups, or suspend accounts. We inform the affected user of the decision and the reasons for it by email where we have contact data. You may reply to that email to contest the decision, and we will review it again. Repeated abuse may lead to termination of the account.

Parts of the editorial content in the app — articles in the "Insights" section, fight storylines and fight summaries — are generated with the help of artificial intelligence and are labelled as such. AI-generated content may contain errors. It is provided for information only, without any guarantee of accuracy or completeness. Please report errors to support@pugnamma.com.
Pugna MMA displays betting odds sourced from third-party bookmakers for informational purposes only. Odds are shown as an average across bookmakers; we do not name, link to or recommend any bookmaker. Pugna MMA:

The app, its design, and its original content are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. Fighter images, statistics and event data are used under applicable licences or statutory exceptions (such as quotation and news reporting) and remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party trademarks and names (such as UFC, PFL or OKTAGON) are used only to identify the events concerned and belong to their respective owners. Pugna MMA is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any promotion. Rights holders who believe that content in the app infringes their rights can contact support@pugnamma.com; we will remove infringing content promptly.
The app relies on third-party services (including Google Firebase) and on publicly sourced MMA data. We are not responsible for third-party services, and sports data may contain errors or be incomplete.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that fight data, statistics, results or odds are accurate, complete or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pugna MMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer under Austrian and EU law.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account, which permanently erases your account and associated data (see Delete Your Account). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where you reside in the EU remain unaffected. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Austria, subject to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where the change is material, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
