Louie Sutherland VS Brando Peričić

Brando Peričić made a massive statement with a quick and brutal first-round finish of Louie Sutherland. Sutherland started aggressively, storming forward with an overhand right and looking to chain together takedowns against the cage. Peričić remained calm, using his massive reach and height advantages to defend the shots before creating space. Once in the clinch, Peričić unleashed a devastating series of knees up the middle that badly hurt Sutherland. As Sutherland desperately dove for a final takedown, Peričić sprawled beautifully and rained down heavy ground and pound, forcing referee Marc Goddard to stop the fight at the 1:48 mark.
