Tale of the Tape
Shrnutí výsledku
In a highly competitive card opener, Talita Alencar utilized her grappling pedigree to grind out a unanimous decision over Julia Polastri. Polastri used her length well in the early going, staying light on her feet, utilizing lateral movement, and looking to strike cleanly from the outside. Alencar patiently navigated the distance, eventually punching her way inside to initiate the clinch. Once engaged, Alencar's superior physical strength and clinch control allowed her to dictate the pace and location of the fight. She secured enough control time against the cage and on the mat to edge out Polastri on all three judges' scorecards.
