Main Event: Holzer Finishes Taha on Home Soil
There was genuine bad blood going into this one. Taha had been publicly critical after a previous date with Holzer fell apart in 2025, and the tension was real heading into Hanover. Holzer channelled it into a sharp, aggressive performance from the start. Simon Biyong stopped Yevhenii Orlov at 3:45 of round one at heavyweight. Biyong is among the most physically imposing fighters Oktagon has at the weight, and Saturday's performance showed what that means in practice — consistent pressure, damaging output, and a finish that was never seriously in doubt once he found his range. The heavyweight division at Oktagon is not deep, and a performance like this keeps Biyong near the front of any title conversation.
Altin Zenuni had the fastest finish of the night. He needed 54 seconds to stop Dawid Adrian Jarowienko in the lightweight bout — an aggressive, precise TKO that was over before the crowd had fully processed the opening exchange. Zenuni came out hunting and found his target early.
Prelims: Federico and Draxler Take Decisions, Petrović Finishes
The card's only two decision fights came in the prelims. Raphael Federico outworked Haci Akseker over three rounds at featherweight for a unanimous decision, picking his shots from range and controlling the pace without ever being threatened. Holzer's case for the Oktagon featherweight title is now difficult to argue against.
