The plan fell apart immediately. Storley closed the distance on every exchange, chained takedowns throughout all three rounds, and accumulated control time that Zendeli could not convert into offensive grappling. By the end of round three, the 30-25 sweeps on all three scorecards were the only fair reflection of what happened.
Storley entered this regular season coming off a narrow loss to Thad Jean in the 2025 PFL Welterweight Tournament final — a result that has clearly sharpened his focus. In the PFL's points format, where dominant decisions and stoppages alike accumulate toward playoff qualification, a performance this one-sided is as good a season opener as anyone in the division will put on paper. Bilostenniy Stops Ferreira in Round Three
The card's most significant result outside the main event came in the heavyweight division. Sergey Bilostenniy stopped Renan Ferreira by TKO at 1:56 of round three, following up a single-punch KO of Karl Williams in the 2025 PFL Finals with another convincing finish over a high-profile opponent.
Ferreira came in at 6'8" with first-round finishes over Ryan Bader and Denis Goltsov on his record, but he was already carrying losses to Francis Ngannou and a submission defeat to Vadim Nemkov from December 2025. Bilostenniy did not give him the distance he needed to exploit his size and forced a late-round stoppage when the accumulated damage caught up. For Ferreira, it is three consecutive defeats against elite competition. For Bilostenniy, back-to-back finishes of legitimate names make him the heavyweight to watch heading into the PFL playoff picture.
Powell and Santos Deliver Finishes
Simeon Powell, the 6'5" London-based light heavyweight, had to work three full rounds before putting former champion Emiliano Sordi away with a knee TKO at 3:05 of round three. Sordi had finished three consecutive opponents before Saturday; Powell absorbed the pressure, kept his distance game intact, and converted when the opening finally appeared. The result keeps Powell on a trajectory toward a second straight light heavyweight playoff run after a semifinal exit in 2025.
Taila Santos, the former UFC flyweight title challenger, made her PFL debut in clean fashion. She stopped Qihui Yan by TKO at 2:02 of the first round in a women's flyweight bout and signaled immediately that she brings title-level ability to the division. Santos is a credible threat at 125 pounds in any organization she competes in.

Gadzhi Rabadanov picked up a needed bounce-back win at 160 pounds, taking a unanimous decision over 2025 PFL Europe Lightweight Champion Aleksandr Chizov after losing the PFL Lightweight Championship to Alfie Davis in 2025.
Magomed Magomedov and Leandro Higo finally settled unfinished business at bantamweight — originally booked for the 2025 PFL quarterfinals, the bout was postponed over a year when Magomedov withdrew with an injury. Magomedov took a split decision. Rasul Magomedov, the undefeated light heavyweight (now 9-0), added a 30-27 unanimous decision over Rafael Xavier to his record. Sabrina de Sousa, the undefeated IMMAF world champion, defeated hometown favorite Cheyanne Bowers by unanimous decision in Sioux Falls. Maxwell Djantou Nana, who had finished all seven of his previous wins by KO or TKO, went the distance for the first time and won by unanimous decision over Karl Williams.
