Robert Ruchala VS José Mauro Delano

José Mauro Delano and Robert Ruchała delivered a highly competitive, back-and-forth featherweight slugfest. The fight was closely contested on the feet, with Delano finding decisive success in the second round by doubling up on his striking volume. Ruchała constantly feinted spinning attacks and landed a solid head kick to shift momentum, but Delano consistently answered with stiff jabs, body kicks, and heavy combinations. A pivotal moment occurred midway through the third round when Ruchała blatantly grabbed the fence with both hands to defend a takedown, resulting in an immediate point deduction from referee Keith Peterson. Delano capitalized by pressing the grappling advantage late, securing a unanimous decision victory (30-26, 29-27, 29-27).

Ruchala is a 11‑2 featherweight with solid striking, while Delano is a debutant with a 16‑3 record, making this a test of proven UFC skill versus a high‑volume regional winner.
