Delphine Benouaich VS Sofia Montenegro

Delphine Benouaich submitted Sofia Montenegro with a rear naked choke at 4:22 of round two to earn a strawweight victory on the UFC Fight Night: Hooker vs. Parnasse prelim card in Paris on September 5, 2026. Benouaich controlled the first round on the feet, landing significant striking volume throughout the frame. The finish came when she connected with a right hand in round two that destabilized Montenegro, allowing her to close the distance, secure mount, and apply the choke. The result marks an impressive UFC debut for the TUF Season 34 semifinalist, who showed both her striking output and submission finishing ability in front of a home crowd.

TUF 34 semifinalist Delphine Benouaich makes her UFC debut on home soil at the Accor Arena against Contender Series veteran Sofia Montenegro in a strawweight matchup between two fighters who earned their spots through different routes. Benouaich's Paris crowd backing and TUF-tested experience collide with Montenegro's Contender Series toughness in a debut fight where neither woman has any reason to hold back.
