Badreddine Diani def. Yousef Adel Decision (unanimous) · R3 5:00
Fight Overview
Badreddine 'Dreamchaser' Diani brings proven championship pedigree to this welterweight quarterfinal, having reached the PFL MENA final in December 2025 and carrying a 10-4 record built on five-time African Sambo gold and a submission arsenal honed across a decade of professional competition. Egypt's Yousef 'El Arabawy' Adel enters unbeaten at 7-0, an imposing counter-puncher who has finished opponents at every professional level he has tested so far.
Keys to Victory
Badreddine Diani
- Force wrestling scrambles and clinch exchanges where his Sambo base turns defence into immediate submission threats.
- Use a pace-heavy approach to wear down Adel and expose gaps once Adel's early energy fades.
- Punish Adel's counter-striking by timing entries off his aggression, using feints to draw the reaction first.
Yousef Adel
- Keep the fight standing and use his reach and timing to land clean power shots on an advancing Diani.
- Avoid the clinch and reset quickly whenever Diani engages, preventing the Sambo tie-ups that lead to his best submissions.
- Pour on pressure in the championship rounds where his undefeated confidence and fresh record become a decisive factor.
