Rayan Atmani def. Eslam Mostafa KO (body kick) · R1 4:50
Fight Overview
Rayan Atmani is a long and athletic welterweight who has operated on the PFL circuit across multiple seasons and enters looking to prove he belongs in the 2026 MENA tournament picture after a submission defeat in his last MENA outing. Egypt's Eslam Mostafa (5-2) is a tested welterweight with professional experience at both middleweight and welterweight, bringing the kind of grappling-heavy base common to Egyptian MMA, and this quarterfinal clash carries genuine tournament advancement stakes for both men.
Keys to Victory
Rayan Atmani
- Use his size and reach advantage to establish a jab-heavy output and keep Mostafa from closing the distance comfortably.
- Show improved submission defence and wrestling awareness after his rear-naked-choke loss in the previous MENA season.
- Control the centre of the cage and use footwork to dictate where and when exchanges happen throughout all three rounds.
Eslam Mostafa
- Drag Atmani into a grinding grappling match where his experience at both weight classes becomes a physical and technical asset.
- Exploit any opening in Atmani's takedown defence, which has already been proven vulnerable at this level.
- Use body work to slow Atmani's movement and set up the submission or ground-and-pound finish he will be hunting.
