Modestas Bukauskas VS Christian Edwards

Modestas Bukauskas defeated Christian Edwards by split decision (29-28, 29-28, 28-29) in their light heavyweight bout at UFC Fight Night: Allen vs. Costa on May 16, 2026, in Las Vegas. The fight went the full three rounds, with Bukauskas finding his range as it progressed and landing shots that hurt Edwards twice in the second round, though he could not convert either opportunity into a finish. Edwards, stepping in on five days' notice to replace Rodolfo Bellato for his UFC debut, showed durable conditioning and kept the pressure high into the third round, earning the lone dissenting scorecard. The victory was Bukauskas' second consecutive win in the UFC.
