Fight Overview
French bantamweight Nora Cornolle returns to the Accor Arena after an injury-disrupted year and two consecutive losses that have placed her top-15 ranking under serious pressure, facing Polish fighter Klaudia Syguła who arrives riding back-to-back wins over Irina Alekseeva and Priscila Cachoeira. Cornolle must prove she's past her setbacks on home soil while Syguła is one result away from cracking the 135-pound rankings for the first time.
Keys to Victory
Nora Cornolle
- Return to her aggressive, forward-pressing style immediately and prevent Syguła's momentum from setting the fight's tone.
- Channel the Parisian crowd's energy to shake off any injury rust and assert top-15 quality from the opening round.
- Impose grappling control on Syguła to dictate terms and fight in a structured environment that plays to her strengths.
Klaudia Syguła
- Carry back-to-back win momentum into a fast start that denies Cornolle the crowd energy she'll be seeking.
- Outwork Cornolle with crisp, accurate boxing combinations to accumulate rounds clearly and justify the ranking-entry result.
- Press the pace throughout and exploit any timing gaps that emerge from Cornolle's injury layoff and ring rust.
