Résumé du résultat
Eric McConico earned a gritty and mature unanimous decision victory over Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu specialist Rodolfo Vieira. McConico had to navigate incredibly rough waters early in the first round as Vieira aggressively closed the distance and threatened with his world-class grappling repertoire. However, McConico survived the initial onslaught, stayed remarkably composed, and gradually took over the fight using crisp striking and stellar defensive wrestling. McConico dictated the terms of the striking exchanges in the second and third rounds, convincing all three judges to score the bout in his favor.
