Mattia Giordano VS Ernesto Schisano

Ernesto Schisano started this bantamweight contest like a house on fire, catching Mattia Giordano with a vicious, potentially fight-ending combination early in the first round. However, Giordano weathered the early storm, recovered his wits, and completely flipped the momentum of the fight. Over the final two rounds, Giordano utilized superior grappling control and clinical point-fighting to dictate the exchanges. Giordano's ability to drain Schisano's gas tank and control the cage earned him a sweeping unanimous decision victory (30-26, 30-27, 30-27).
