OKTAGON Rankings Update After Oktagon 90: Fleury vs. Aras
Oktagon 90 ran on June 20 at Uber Arena in Berlin, and Will Fleury settled the heavyweight question cleanly. He finished Kasim Aras with a left hook at 1:29 of the second round, retained the OKTAGON heavyweight title, and walked out of Berlin carrying two belts.
Fleury holds both the OKTAGON heavyweight and light heavyweight championships. No other fighter in the organization's history has held both simultaneously. The defense against Aras confirmed that the heavyweight division has no one currently capable of taking the title from him.

Will Fleury — The Dual Champion
Fleury entered the Uber Arena at the top of OKTAGON's pound-for-pound rankings and left it the same way. He is #1 P4P in the organization, ahead of Lucia Szabova (#2), Zhalgas Zhumagulov (#3), and Kaik Brito (#4).
Aras was ranked #2 in the heavyweight division. He had earned that position through consistent performances and came in physically equipped to compete at the elite end of the division. The first round was measured — Fleury set the pace, Aras looked for openings. In the second round, Aras committed to an exchange and Fleury punished him with the left hand. The finish came at 1:29.
Holding the heavyweight title while the light heavyweight belt sits alongside it is the central achievement of Fleury's OKTAGON tenure. He has defended at heavyweight. He has not been asked to defend at light heavyweight since winning that title. The dual position stands until someone at one of those weights changes it.
Mateusz Legierski Retains at Lightweight
Mateusz Legierski defended the OKTAGON lightweight championship against Gökhan Aksu by TKO at 3:23 of the first round. Aksu held the #2 ranking at lightweight heading into the fight. Legierski removed that question with a dominant performance.
Legierski is ranked #7 in the OKTAGON pound-for-pound standings. His lightweight title run has been built on pressure and decisive finishes. The win over Aksu clears the immediate contender picture and puts Ivan Buchinger (#1 ranked lightweight) in the next conversation for the title.

Niko Samsonidse defeated Denis Frimpong by TKO at 0:54 of the first round. Samsonidse holds the #3 ranking in the OKTAGON featherweight division. Frimpong was ranked #6 at lightweight. Samsonidse's sub-minute finish adds weight to a featherweight contender case against champion Mochamed Machaev.
Tyrone Pfeifer knocked out Niklas Stolze in 22 seconds of the first round. Alina Dalaslan defeated Djulia Ariana by TKO in round two.
